Nick Hershberger

I am a civil engineer by degree and currently work for a nationwide Architecture and Engineering firm.

My current role is the commercial business unit leader, where I get to lead a group of approximately 100

architects and engineers as we complete projects in retail, restaurant, convenience stores, and related

markets. The thing I most enjoy at work and take the most pride in is the mentoring and developing of

younger emerging leaders, and then seeing them continue to grow their role within our company. I live

near Creston, Ohio with my wife Lorrain and my four children.
