Aron Mwasile grew up in Mbeya, Tanzania, and earned a degree in Applied Zoology from The University of Dar Es Salaam. Aron has been raising and selling pigs since 2011. After years of success and experience in pig farming, Aron expanded his piggery operations into a company named Farm43 Africa, whose main goals are to support missions, empower communities to eradicate poverty, and use business as a vehicle for evangelism. Aron is the CEO and owner of Farm43 Africa and the new modern pig breeding facility in the village of Italazya, in the hill country near Mbeya City.
Farm43 Africa’s mission is to break the poverty cycle and promote sustainable development in Tanzania by empowering and equipping commercial pig farms built on a Biblical worldview.
Africa is undeniably the most resourceful continent in the world. Despite the riches and other uncountable blessings, Africans remain the poorest of the poor in the world. This means the problem is not Africa, but Africans. Aron believes that, for lasting poverty eradication, spiritual, social, and economic ills of Tanzania and Africa should be addressed concurrently. Through Farm43 Africa, Aron is not only supplying high-quality commercial breeding pigs to farmers and pork producers, but also modeling and teaching strategic methods of raising pigs that result in greater productivity and profit based on Biblical values. Aron uses his interactions with customers and workers to transmit Kingdom values.
